Laura is Office Manager and Human Resource (HR) Coordinator.
In her role, Laura is responsible for organizing the administrative activities and developing and implementing staff policies, procedures and programs that facilitate the smooth running of Datamaran office in Valencia.
With over seven years of international experience in customer service and business development, Laura dedicated the first part of her career to communications and event management. She also spent five years in Australia working at Vue de Monde and Acciona. Her experience of working in different sectors has provided her with a strong understanding of personnel and corporate needs. Laura has an academic background in communication and business as she studied Advertising and Public Relations at the University of Seville (Spain).
Being a multitasker and a team player, Laura loves working with people and helping others. She believes that caring is essential for business to thrive. She enjoys the challenges and finds dynamic work environments particularly empowering.
