Senior Customer Success Manager

Jocelyne is Senior Customer Success Manager at Datamaran. In this role, she engages with users and supports them in leveraging Datamaran to its best. Jocelyne is also responsible for the certification program and she contributes to product and ontology development.

Jocelyne has worked for more than ten years as a strategy consultant, based in Paris but also with assignments in Madagascar, Morocco and London. Before joining Datamaran, she was Senior Manager at Utopies working for major blue-chip companies on their CSR strategy, reporting, materiality and stakeholder engagement.

Jocelyne has a background in Banking and Finance. She obtained an Executive MBA in 2013. She has an expertise in non-financial reporting and performance, inclusive banking, micro-finance and responsible investing.

Fun Fact: While coordinating local and international experts to draft a stock exchange law in Madagascar, Jocelyne helped to invent the financial vocabulary in Malagasy (stock, bond, deal, broker,…). Although the law has never been passed nor the exchange has been created, but the terminology does exist!
