Account Representative

The team of Account Representatives are the first point of contact with our audience and have the goal to arouse curiosity. We are looking for an Account Representative who help us with that and ultimately contribute to grow our business. Not only will you help to grow our business but also grow yourself. The Account Representative will capitalize upon the existing strong brands we already work with and take our unique and innovative offering to similar companies. Account Representatives have the full responsibility for all inbound leads and conduct strategic outbound through targeted campaigns. Your main communication tool will be the phone and you will be present on all other channels. You will be successful in your role when you schedule discovery calls with the right companies, the right people and the right pain points.

You will:

  • Do outbound research to identify the right prospects and build a lead pipeline
  • Qualify inbound leads to enhance your lead pipeline
  • Call leads to schedule discovery calls with the right companies, the right people, and the right pain points.
  • Build and maintain fruitful relationships with prospects to escalate awareness across the enterprise, primarily with Chief Risk Officers and Chief Sustainability Officers
  • Do data management through a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in Salesforce and HubSpot
  •  Become a Datamaran Certified User (expert user)
  • Acquire technical knowledge on materiality analysis, risk management and reporting

You have:

  • Some Experience in building and managing a pipeline of leads
  • Knowledge of sales and account management cycle stages

  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • You have strong problem-solving skills
  • You are pleasantly persistent and creative

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of materiality analysis, risk management and reporting, gained from within the corporate sustainability, ESG arena
  • Experience in SaaS B2B sales
  • CRM knowledge (HubSpot and Salesforce)
